About this role
Role overview A staff-level full stack engineering role with deep backend ownership of secure, cloud-based remote management capabilities. The position leads end-to-end delivery of production systems, from architecture through operations, across Azure-hosted APIs, asynchronous workers, and TypeScript web applications. It is a remote position based in Hungary with a strong emphasis on AI-native delivery practices, mentoring, and cross-team technical leadership.
Responsibilities - Build and operate C#/.NET APIs, services, workers, and runners that execute remote jobs reliably at scale - Lead features end to end, spanning architecture, production deployment, observability, CI/CD, and TypeScript web applications - Use AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code for planning, delivery, testing, review, and documentation; create approved skills, MCP integrations, and GitHub Actions automations - Set technical direction, resolve production incidents, review critical changes, and mentor engineers - Drive cross-team initiatives and share knowledge to improve engineering practice across the organization
Requirements - Staff- or lead-level delivery experience on complex production systems, with deep hands-on expertise in C# and modern .NET - Background building distributed cloud systems: APIs, asynchronous jobs, queues and workers, persistence, retries, idempotency, Azure or equivalent, Docker, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD - Proven AI-native delivery skills including agent delegation, context and tool configuration, skills and plugins, MCP, automation, evaluation, and guardrails - Production ownership experience covering security, authorization, multi-tenancy, observability, and incident response - TypeScript full-stack confidence, sound architecture judgment, clear English communication, mentoring ability, and cross-team influence
Nice to have - Experience designing or operating remote management or device-management platforms - Familiarity with cost and reasoning-effort tradeoffs when selecting or tuning models
