GTM AI Engineer -Deal Desk

Role overview Design, build, and operate practical AI-powered workflows, automations, and agents that make the Deal Desk and Sales organization faster and more reliable. The role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, business systems, and applied AI, partnering closely with Deal Desk, Product, and business stakeholders to turn bottlenecks into scalable internal tools used by teams from SMB to Strategic accounts.

Responsibilities - Continually scan Deal Desk workflows for AI-solvable problems and turn stakeholder challenges into repeatable, secure internal tools. - Design human-in-the-loop validation, audit trails, and fallback rules so agents remain compliant with revenue recognition policies and pricing approval matrices. - Own the full development lifecycle from prototyping and proof-of-concept work through production scaling, beta testing, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement. - Build agents and workflows using Glean, Salesforce (including Agentforce and ClaudeForce), and n8n, plus front-end tools such as Retool, Cursor, or React, integrating enterprise data and APIs securely. - Manage a cost envelope for production use cases by comparing LLM options and balancing performance against token consumption. - Document launched solutions and train end users so less technical audiences can adopt them confidently.

Requirements - 5–7 years of hands-on Deal Desk or RevOps experience solving business problems with tooling, automations, data products, or AI-enabled workflows in an enterprise setting. - Practical experience with CPQ and CLM platforms. - Solid understanding of AI fundamentals including context windows, token consumption, compute cost, chunking, and performance benchmarks. - Working knowledge of APIs, rate limits, scripting, SQL or SOQL, and Python fundamentals. - Hands-on use of foundational models such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Grok, both through web interfaces and APIs. - Familiarity with the agentic ecosystem (orchestration layers, MCP, Agent2Agent) and Salesforce-native agent platforms; building agents or React UIs directly in Salesforce is a plus.
