RevOps Solutions Architect
Job details
About this role
Role overview A remote Revenue Operations Solutions Architect role focused on designing and delivering best-in-class go-to-market technology for high-growth clients. You will collaborate with consultants, program managers, developers, and analysts to scope, discover, and architect scalable solutions across the revenue stack, including where generative AI can enhance operations and customer motions.
Responsibilities - Define and communicate architecture principles and standards, justifying trade-offs to internal teams and client executives. - Build connections between GTM systems using custom code, integrations, or iPaaS/automation platforms such as Workato, Make, or n8n, selecting the tool that best fits the problem. - Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI and agents, then build workflows that turn GTM data into actionable insights while balancing automation with human oversight, data privacy, and compliance. - Diagnose fragmented or broken GTM systems, including duplicate sources of truth and unreconciled data, and own the fix from root cause through to a shipped solution. - Design solutions for complex workstreams and advise clients on whether to buy existing tools or build custom solutions, presenting recommendations that build trust and emphasize scalability. - Mentor teammates through ad hoc coaching and champion a no-corners-cut delivery model with strong enablement and rollout.
Requirements - 8+ years of experience in at least one core discipline (Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Systems) with working fluency across the others. - Strong systems architecture and administration experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo, plus data modeling and integration design across a modern GTM tech stack. - Demonstrated track record of diagnosing broken GTM systems and driving fixes through to shipped solutions rather than just flagging gaps. - Ability to influence and lead internal and external teams, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical audiences including executive stakeholders. - A genuine point of view on AI and agents in RevOps, with judgment on when AI should own delivery versus when humans should remain in the loop, mindful of governance and compliance.
Nice to have - Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Systems Architect credentials, or active progress toward one of these certifications.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote with hiring limited to specific U.S. states and select Latin American countries. - Base salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 USD plus a tiered incentive program and performance bonus eligibility. - 100% paid insurance premiums for U.S. employees, an annual team offsite, and a culture emphasizing employee development and career growth.
