Business Intelligence Developer

Role overview This remote position supports a large healthcare organization by creating Business Intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytics that surface operational and clinical performance across the enterprise. The role blends full lifecycle BI development with close collaboration with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end Business Intelligence development, from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing iteration - Partner with internal clients to understand workflows, define metrics, and coordinate iterative delivery of BI solutions - Analyze, design, develop, and document BI reports following established information services standards and best practices - Build new data sets and data structures to support business and clinical use cases, including managing data distribution, replication, and archival - Coordinate with other developers to share knowledge and ensure consistent delivery across the team - Contribute to a major Epic implementation project by collaborating with application analysts and report end users on specifications and report development - Diagnose and resolve reporting and data issues, conduct code reviews routinely, and stay current on industry trends in BI

Requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of three years of experience implementing, developing, or supporting BI applications or dashboards - Strong SQL skills - Epic experience preferred - Clarity and Caboodle experience highly desired - Candidates must reside in Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan, or Colorado - Demonstrated strengths in collaboration, communication, adaptability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused delivery

Nice to have - Experience supporting large-scale enterprise reporting environments - Familiarity with healthcare data structures and clinical workflows
