About this role

Role overview Serve as a hands-on Technical Product Manager bridging engineering, customers, and business teams to ensure product delivery aligns with user needs and strategic objectives. The role focuses deeply on ERP integrations and the customer journey across supported ERP systems, turning complex business requirements into clear, actionable work for engineering. It is an individual contributor position emphasizing both technical depth and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities - Assess ERP opportunities and customer needs to build business cases and contribute to product roadmaps. - Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear requirements, breaking them down into releases, epics, and user stories. - Write scenario-based narratives for user personas to illustrate why a given product requirement is necessary. - Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to clarify scope, level of effort, and release timing. - Explore integration options across ERP and MMIS systems, partnering with internal and external business contacts to deliver a smooth customer experience. - Hold regular checkpoints with development, customers, and stakeholders to keep integration delivery on time and high-quality. - Identify risks and issues early, propose mitigations, and track KPIs to measure integration effectiveness, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements - 5+ years of professional experience with technical products, ideally with a background in B2B or enterprise integrations. - Demonstrated experience with ERP integration and B2B integrations. - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across business and technical teams. - Certifications in product management and Agile development methodologies.

Nice to have - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and balance competing stakeholder interests. - Skilled in risk assessment, prioritization, and developing mitigation strategies. - Experience leading meetings, setting agendas, driving decisions, and negotiating outcomes.

Benefits and work setup - Base salary range of $114,000–$152,000, plus benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, accident and life insurance, 401k matching, paid time off, and education reimbursement.
