Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Technology and AI

Role overview A senior program manager is needed to drive delivery across enterprise technology and AI initiatives. The role is fully remote and based in Poland, operating within a globally distributed organization and partnering closely with engineering, product, and enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional programs spanning enterprise technology and applied AI workstreams - Build program plans, dependency maps, and risk registers that keep leadership informed and unblock delivery - Align engineering, product, security, and business teams on scope, milestones, and success criteria - Drive governance, status reporting, and decision-making forums for executive stakeholders - Champion consistent program management practices across teams and contribute to operational improvement

Requirements - Senior experience managing complex technical programs in enterprise software, platform, or AI contexts - Familiarity with AI/ML delivery lifecycles and the operational realities of enterprise technology rollouts - Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, and executive audiences - Comfort operating autonomously in a remote, distributed environment - Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Nice to have - Prior experience coordinating programs that span multiple geographies and time zones
