Senior Product Manager, Tenant Scale

Role overview A senior product management role focused on scaling a multi-tenant platform, shaping strategy for how the product serves a growing base of customers and tenants. The position is remote and open to candidates based in Canada or the United States, partnering closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities - Define and drive the roadmap for tenant-scale initiatives, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform health. - Partner with engineering, design, and support teams to ship scalable product capabilities. - Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and market signals to identify scaling opportunities and pain points. - Develop clear written narratives, PRDs, and success metrics for cross-functional initiatives. - Communicate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements - Significant experience as a product manager working on multi-tenant SaaS or platform products. - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform prioritization. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery.

Nice to have - Background in technical, developer-focused, or infrastructure products. - Experience operating in a remote-first, globally distributed organization.
