Role overview
A senior leadership role charged with driving the practical adoption of artificial intelligence across a product and design organization. The work spans identifying high-impact opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, and shepherding them from concept through delivery. The position is fully remote and hires across Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Responsibilities
- Set the direction and roadmap for AI initiatives within product and design - Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve user-facing experiences - Coordinate and unblock cross-functional work across product, design, engineering, and data - Track outcomes, measure impact, and iterate based on what is learned - Communicate progress and trade-offs to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Significant experience leading complex product, transformation, or technical programs - Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities and how they are applied in real products - Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills - Ability to operate independently in a remote, distributed organization - Eligibility to work remotely in Canada, the United Kingdom, or the United States
