Senior Product Manager, Source Code

Role overview A senior product manager is needed to lead the strategy and roadmap for a source code product area. The position is fully remote and open to candidates located in Canada or the United States, focused on serving developers and engineering teams who rely on the underlying code platform every day.

Responsibilities - Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for source code related capabilities - Partner with engineering, design, and user research to deeply understand developer workflows and pain points - Prioritize initiatives based on user value, technical feasibility, and business impact - Write clear product specifications, epics, and success metrics, and track outcomes over time - Engage with customers and the wider developer community to validate direction and gather feedback

Requirements - Several years of senior product management experience, ideally on developer-facing or platform products - Strong technical fluency with source code management, version control, or related developer tooling - Demonstrated ability to ship complex technical products in close partnership with engineering teams - Excellent written communication, comfortable working asynchronously in a remote setting - Experience using data, research, and customer insights to drive prioritization
