Senior Technical Program Manager

Role overview A senior technical program manager is needed to coordinate large, cross-functional engineering initiatives from end to end. The position is fully remote and open to candidates based in Canada or the United States, operating within a globally distributed organization.

Responsibilities - Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-team technical programs spanning infrastructure, platform, and product workstreams - Build and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers that surface trade-offs early - Partner with engineering leaders, product managers, and stakeholders to align scope, priorities, and success metrics - Identify blockers, escalate when needed, and shepherd decisions through governance and review forums - Communicate status, risks, and outcomes clearly to both technical and executive audiences

Requirements - Several years of experience leading technical programs in software organizations at senior level - Strong familiarity with software development lifecycles, agile practices, and infrastructure or platform domains - Demonstrated ability to coordinate across distributed teams and time zones - Excellent written and verbal communication, with a track record of clear stakeholder management - Comfort working remotely and asynchronously in a globally distributed environment
