Senior Manager, Product Security Engineering (Security Posture & Supply Chain)

Role overview A senior management role leading product security engineering with emphasis on security posture and software supply chain integrity. The position owns strategy and execution across hardening of the product, dependency governance, and supply chain risk reduction. It is fully remote and open to candidates based in Canada, Israel, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

Responsibilities - Lead and grow a team of product security engineers working on posture and supply chain initiatives. - Define and drive a roadmap covering dependency management, SBOM practices, and supply chain attacks mitigation. - Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and compliance teams to embed security into development workflows. - Guide incident response and vulnerability management across the product surface. - Represent product security in cross-functional planning, audits, and customer-facing conversations.

Requirements - Significant experience in product, application, or platform security at a senior or staff level. - Prior people management experience leading security engineers. - Deep familiarity with software supply chain risks, dependency provenance, and build integrity. - Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SDLC practices. - Strong written and verbal communication with both engineering and executive audiences.

Nice to have - Experience with frameworks such as SLSA, NIST SSDF, or similar supply chain standards. - Public speaking or published writing on security topics. - Background operating in remote-first, globally distributed organizations.
