Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of software engineers focused on integrations - Own delivery for integration projects, balancing roadmap priorities with operational stability - Partner with product management and design to scope features and set realistic timelines - Run hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development for direct reports - Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code review as needed - Champion engineering best practices across testing, documentation, and incident response
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing software engineers, including remote or hybrid teams - Strong background as a software engineer, ideally with prior integration or platform work - Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop engineers at varied seniority levels - Comfort working asynchronously across time zones and communicating primarily in writing - Track record of shipping reliable software on a predictable cadence
