Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of build engineers - Set technical direction for build, continuous integration, and delivery systems - Partner with product engineering teams to meet reliability and performance goals - Hire, onboard, and develop team members - Coordinate with adjacent engineering organizations on shared infrastructure
Requirements
- Prior experience managing software engineering teams, including performance and career development - Strong technical background in build systems, CI/CD, or developer tooling - Solid programming and architectural foundation to guide technical decisions - Comfort operating in a remote, distributed environment - Eligibility to work remotely within the United Kingdom
