About this role
Role overview Remote Senior Release Analyst supporting a large-scale healthcare general ledger accounting system under an IT service management framework. The role governs release cycles, drives continuous improvement in an AI-enabled environment, and ensures safe, efficient deployment of updates through disciplined change and release operations.
Responsibilities - Coordinate and govern release phases and tasks for in-flight product suite updates, maintaining quality checks and tracking any releases that contribute to incidents. - Maintain the global release calendar, confirm risks and dependencies in planning meetings, and present status at readiness review and change advisory board sessions. - Coordinate outage and maintenance notifications and complete post-release implementation reviews. - Facilitate meetings with product owners, scrum masters, and internal teams to gather and share updates. - Create and maintain deliverables, standard operating procedures, reports, dashboards, and KPIs for the release management area, escalating repeated non-conformity to process guidelines.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus three or more years of release management governance experience. - Eight or more years working with processes in a large-scale application environment. - At least two years using JIRA, ServiceNow, or a similar change and release management tool and at least three years with the MS Office suite. - ITIL Foundation certification with clear understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release processes and their interrelations, plus Agile methodology awareness. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead recurring status meetings with clients.
Nice to have - Cybersecurity best-practice awareness in release cycles and experience integrating AI or machine learning into IT governance workflows.
