This role is for a solution architect specializing in Salesforce OmniStudio who will serve as a trusted technical advisor on enterprise client engagements. The position sits within a growing Salesforce practice at a consulting organization that blends business advisory, technology, and design expertise to drive transformation. Work spans discovery through delivery, with the architect shaping solution strategy, mentoring delivery teams, and contributing to internal methodologies and reusable assets.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design for complex Salesforce solutions built on OmniStudio and the wider Salesforce platform - Design and implement solutions using OmniStudio tooling such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures - Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architectures - Run technical discovery, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions with cross-functional delivery teams - Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce integration patterns - Mentor developers and consultants, review proposed solutions against architectural standards, and contribute reusable accelerators
Requirements
- Seven or more years of Salesforce experience with significant time spent in architecture and solution design - Strong hands-on expertise with OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) - Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Industry Cloud, plus Salesforce APIs and integration patterns - Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions inside complex technical environments - Strong client-facing communication, analytical ability, and capacity to lead technical teams in a consulting setting
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Industries or Industry Cloud implementations - Salesforce certifications such as Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect - Background supporting pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, estimation, and proposal work
