Role overview
A senior product leader is needed to own the build-out and scaling of telehealth offerings at the intersection of e-commerce, regulated healthcare workflows, and compliance. The role drives 0-to-1 product development, sets the multi-quarter roadmap, and partners across engineering, clinical operations, marketing, and customer experience to deliver an integrated telehealth subscription experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product strategy and prioritized roadmap for telehealth-connected offerings, identifying opportunities to lift conversion, revenue, and customer experience. - Design the end-to-end telehealth user journey including scheduling, intake, provider review, follow-up, documentation delivery, payment logic, and customer notifications. - Partner with engineering teams to scope and deliver integrations with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and third-party APIs. - Build and ship the subscription program layer, including pricing logic, billing, and lifecycle touchpoints that retain members. - Collaborate with marketing and customer experience to ensure onboarding flows, communications, and support content are clear and consistent. - Maintain tight alignment with privacy, security, and compliance requirements throughout product decisions.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of product management experience, including hands-on work in digital health, telehealth, or healthtech. - Track record of contributing to a 0-to-1 product build and operating a subscription product. - Experience designing or integrating telehealth or digital intake workflows at production scale. - Strong understanding of regulated data handling, privacy, and security best practices for health data. - Comfort working with engineering on API integrations, platform builds, and data flows; familiarity with SFCC, SFDC, and SQL is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or a related field, plus excellent organization and time management skills.
