Senior Program Manager

Role overview Lead complex programs that coordinate product releases and new offerings from planning through delivery. Align cross-functional teams around roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes, while managing dependencies and risks so work supports broader strategic priorities.

Responsibilities - Plan and lead end-to-end execution of product releases and new product initiatives. - Set program roadmaps, milestones, and success measures in line with organizational goals. - Coordinate work across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. - Track dependencies and synergies across the portfolio to improve overall impact. - Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and adjust plans to protect delivery quality and timing. - Provide clear progress, risk, milestone, and decision updates to stakeholders, including executives, and improve program practices.

Requirements - At least 7 years of program management experience, including 3 or more years leading cross-functional initiatives in a software or technology organization. - Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, solve problems, and build program roadmaps and timelines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to align teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Agile methods, and modern product development. - Technical literacy in AI or generative AI systems, data, and platform architecture. - Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; proficiency with program management and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Office.

Nice to have - Experience with web applications, Go, Ruby, JavaScript, React, microservices, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
