Role overview Join a Revenue Operations team at the center of a go-to-market strategy, where the Salesforce Admin plays a critical role in keeping CRM systems running smoothly and scaling with the business. This is a hands-on position that blends day-to-day platform stewardship with strategic collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate thrives on workflow puzzles and brings fluency in AI-assisted tooling to accelerate documentation, reporting, and process design.
Responsibilities - Resolve technical challenges and business support issues tied to the CRM instance in a timely, thorough manner - Manage user profiles, permissions, licenses, and page layouts across the platform - Maintain fields, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, managed packages, and integrations as the system evolves - Identify efficiency gains and design creative, lightweight solutions that improve both internal and external user experience - Document system processes, train users, and contribute to CRM onboarding for new hires - Partner with global stakeholders to surface and build improvements, including single-source-of-truth reports and dashboards for sales and marketing leadership - Support and maintain integrations across the go-to-market tech stack, including lead routing, data enrichment, conversation intelligence, and warehouse tools
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience - Three or more years of Salesforce.com administration experience in a professional setting - Active Salesforce.com Administrator certification - Demonstrated engagement with the Salesforce Trailblazer community, whether through Trailhead badges, events, or a clear passion for the platform - Track record of CRM database cleansing, maintenance, and data quality work - Experience partnering with third-party consultants or implementation partners - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite - Hands-on familiarity with ZoomInfo and Gong - Exposure to lead routing platforms such as LeanData or comparable tools - Daily, productive use of an AI assistant to accelerate real work
Nice to have - Salesforce administration background in a B2B SaaS environment - Experience with Snowflake, Marketo, and Asana as part of a broader go-to-market toolkit
