Licensed Partnerships Account Manager

Role overview Manage strategic relationships with private-label lending partners in the mortgage, banking, and fintech sectors. The role focuses on partner performance, successful integrations, and growth: turning data into recommendations, coordinating across internal teams, and helping partners achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities - Serve as the primary contact for lending partners and build relationships with their leadership teams. - Monitor performance measures to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for greater adoption and volume. - Guide partners through integration, implementation, and ongoing adoption initiatives. - Lead business reviews and roadmap discussions that connect goals to measurable results. - Coordinate with finance, legal, product, marketing, credit, and technical teams to address partner needs and resolve escalations. - Maintain accurate CRM records and partner documentation, and represent the partnerships team at industry events.

Requirements - At least three years of enterprise customer success, account management, or relationship management experience. - Technical aptitude and ability to learn business applications and mortgage-related workflows. - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to interpret data and turn it into practical recommendations. - History of meeting or exceeding performance targets, with strong organization and follow-through. - Comfort managing several priorities in a fast-changing environment and maintaining disciplined CRM records. - Ability to travel up to 15%. - Willingness to follow security and data handling procedures and complete required security training.

Compensation includes a US base range of $96,400–$144,600 per year, a 30% variable component, and restricted stock units; actual pay may vary with experience, skills, location, and other factors.
