Job details
About this role
Role overview
Lead the motion and 3D direction for a digital casino product, creating work that brings campaigns, new features, and in-product promotions to life. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll set the creative standard, make assets yourself, guide a small team, and help establish reusable systems that support both brand storytelling and performance marketing.
Responsibilities
- Create motion and 3D work for brand campaigns, feature launches, social, CRM, paid media, and in-product promotions. - Develop scenes, assets, and campaign concepts, and storyboard and present ideas early in the creative process. - Build and maintain reusable motion and 3D libraries, including templates and rigs other designers can use. - Set motion principles and review work to maintain quality across the team and its output. - Mentor designers, coordinate freelance or studio support when needed, and art-direct external partners. - Edit, grade, finish, and adapt videos for different channels, ensuring required disclaimers and responsible gaming messages are readable.
Requirements
- At least seven years of motion, design, and 3D experience, including two or more years leading or owning a motion function. - Experience managing a small team and understanding performance creative and its metrics. - A portfolio or reel demonstrating strong motion and 3D craft, as well as the systems and templates used to scale the work. - Expert skills in video editing, After Effects, and Cinema 4D; fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with Figma. - Strong typography, composition, and colour skills, plus comfort working within a design system. - Ability to manage multiple deliverables and rendering deadlines, and sound judgement about when AI video or image tools help.
Nice to have
- Sound design or audio finishing experience. - Experience animating app or game interfaces, or building a motion and 3D capability from the ground up.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote role based in the UK. - Listed salary range: £61,000–£76,000 GBP; the listing notes that compensation varies by geographic zone.
