About this role

Role overview Own video and visual storytelling from the first concept through final delivery, creating content that explains services, showcases project work, supports campaigns and helps learners build practical knowledge. The role combines hands-on production and animation with collaboration across content, marketing and business teams; larger productions may involve coordinating external partners.

Responsibilities - Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards and shoot plans, then film and edit interviews, project stories, campaign videos and training content. - Handle production details such as camera, lighting, audio, color, captions, music licensing and delivery in formats suited to web, social, email and events. - Prepare interviewees and coordinate schedules, locations, stakeholders and review rounds through final approval. - Create animated explainers, training films and motion graphics, and adapt visual content for different channels. - Lead outside agencies and freelancers on larger productions, including briefs, timelines, budgets and quality review. - Supply new video and imagery to a digital asset library and help keep its content current.

Requirements - Demonstrated experience managing video projects from concept to delivery, supported by a portfolio or reel. - Strong photography and videography skills, including the ability to run a shoot independently with camera, lighting and audio. - Working ability in motion graphics and 2D animation. - Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve and Canva. - Strong organization, attention to detail and communication with interviewees, subject-matter experts and non-video colleagues. - A bachelor’s degree in film, communications, marketing or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have - Experience managing production vendors, working in architecture, engineering or construction, or filming safely at active project sites. - Professional camera, lighting and audio equipment; FAA Part 107 drone certification; familiarity with digital asset management, image rights, releases and licensing.
