About this role
Role overview An associate-level full-stack position contributing to a large enterprise platform that serves the vehicle lifecycle ecosystem, including insurance carriers, repair facilities, parts suppliers, and connected data providers. The work centers on migrating services to the cloud and building new microservices consumed by Angular front ends, with a focus on reliability, security, and clean API design.
Responsibilities - Participate in service design and design review discussions alongside senior engineers. - Build front-end features using Angular (version 18 or higher) and CSS. - Author and optimize T-SQL queries against Microsoft SQL Server. - Create and expose backend microservices via REST APIs for front-end consumers. - Prepare services for cloud deployment as part of a broader Azure migration initiative. - Implement security and data protection controls, including access, security, and privacy requirements. - Write custom business logic in .NET and integrate with third-party systems and business applications.
Requirements - Hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework. - Background working with relational databases and writing T-SQL. - Working knowledge of Angular and JavaScript. - Professional experience building and consuming Web Services and REST APIs. - Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and common design patterns. - Practical experience with the Microsoft Azure platform and CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to estimate work from minimal requirements, prioritize effectively, and break features into milestones and sprints. - Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
