Role overview This role owns the technical administration and optimization of a Salesforce-based revenue technology stack supporting commercial operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. The senior administrator acts as the subject-matter expert for the RevTech ecosystem, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and well-integrated. The position partners closely with data engineering and business stakeholders to support end-to-end revenue processes.
Responsibilities - Serve as the technical SME for the RevTech ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs - Own administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Sales Cloud, conversation intelligence, quota tracking, ABM, and enablement tools - Monitor and support integrations between Salesforce and connected RevTech systems, investigating data-flow issues - Contribute Salesforce expertise to integration design and support the move toward an enterprise integration model - Support lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and customer lifecycle processes, partnering with RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success - Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency - Ensure accurate, timely data flows into downstream analytics platforms such as data lakehouses and BI tools - Establish standards for configuration, documentation, change management, access controls, compliance, and auditability
Requirements - Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Sales Cloud - Experience configuring Flows, validation rules, permission sets, integrations, reports, and dashboards - Experience supporting revenue operations systems such as conversation intelligence, quota tracking, sequencing, or similar platforms - Good understanding of SaaS integrations and how data moves between Salesforce and connected systems - Experience supporting lead-to-opportunity, customer lifecycle management, or quote-to-cash processes - Ability to translate requirements from Sales, Customer Success, and Finance into practical system improvements - Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
Nice to have - Experience with conversation intelligence tools - Background in M&A, PE-backed, or high-growth SaaS environments - Hands-on experience with MuleSoft - Familiarity with data lakehouse platforms and data pipelines
