Remote job
Senior Product Manager (Full Remote - Europe)
Job details
About this role
Role overview A senior product manager position embedded directly within an engineering squad to drive end-to-end product work on one of the largest AI consumer platforms in the world, serving tens of millions of users. The role is built around ownership, AI-assisted building, and fast experimentation rather than traditional spec-and-handoff product management. The work is fully remote within Europe and centers on identifying high-impact opportunities, prototyping, shipping, and iterating quickly.
Responsibilities - Own product initiatives end to end, from problem definition through launch and iteration, including AI-assisted coding, opening pull requests, and working with internal tools. - Use AI tools daily for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging as a core part of the workflow, evolving with the tools as they improve. - Identify the most promising opportunities when many ideas exist, then design the smallest meaningful experiment to test core assumptions. - Define success metrics before building, analyze outcomes once experiments go live, and use results to improve, expand, or stop features. - Partner directly with leads, co-founders, designers, and engineers as an embedded member of a software engineering squad, communicating progress to all relevant stakeholders. - Surface blockers the moment they appear, challenge assumptions constructively regardless of source, and find alternate routes when the obvious path is blocked.
Requirements - Demonstrated track record of shipping features, prototypes, workflows, or tools using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex. - Strong data fluency: ability to name the metrics that matter, explain their importance, and demonstrate whether work actually moved them, including hands-on A/B testing experience. - Comfort working with ambiguity, taking ownership without waiting for complete briefs, and creating clarity through investigation, building, testing, and learning. - Clear communication in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders and challenge assumptions constructively. - Pride in product quality and genuine attention to whether the product is useful, intuitive, and engaging for real users. - Comfort building products based on uncensored AI models and content.
Nice to have - Enough design fluency to prompt a usable UI independently. - Experience at fast-scaling direct-to-consumer or consumer technology scale-ups. - Background shipping consumer-facing features in entertainment, avatars, gaming, or other high-touch media industries.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote within Europe with the flexibility to choose the environment where you do your best work. - B2B contract preferred, though flexibility exists for long-term commitment and impact. - 20 working days of paid time off per year plus a yearly in-person gathering. - Monthly health insurance allowance of 100 USD and unlimited 1:1 sessions with psychologists and lifestyle experts, extendable to up to three family members. - Co-working space allowance for up to two visits per month and a dedicated learning budget for courses, books, conferences, or certifications. - Company laptop provided plus budgets for a monitor, keyboard, mouse, microphone, and headphones. - Premium access to AI tools including ChatGPT, Cursor, Hugging Face, and Claude Code. - Compensation ranges set based on role level, scope, location, and market data, applied consistently across candidates.
