Blockchain Engineer

Role overview Take ownership of the smart contracts and on-chain infrastructure behind a fully reserved euro-denominated e-money token. As the first dedicated blockchain engineer, you will establish the technical practices that support token operations over the long term, working with the founder and external auditors.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain Solidity contracts that handle token issuance, redemption, and transfers. - Build and oversee the supporting on-chain infrastructure. - Respond to external audit findings and coordinate the technical work needed to address them. - Define approaches for contract upgrades, key ceremonies, and operational monitoring.

Requirements - Ability to work with Solidity and take ownership of token contracts. - Ability to engage with external auditors and respond to their technical findings. - Ability to establish operational practices for a regulated digital-asset product.

Nice to have - Experience with euro-denominated e-money tokens, full-reserve models, or MiCA-regulated products.
