About this role
Role overview
Design clear, usable experiences for business software, from early discovery and concepts through detailed interface design and iteration. You will partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, test ideas, and maintain a consistent experience across products.
Responsibilities - Design user-friendly interfaces that balance usability and visual quality. - Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and inform product direction. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using contemporary design tools and AI-supported workflows. - Conduct user research and usability testing, then refine designs using feedback. - Help establish and maintain a cohesive visual style and user experience across products. - Keep current with design practices and emerging tools to improve the design process.
Requirements - A few years of product design experience; B2B SaaS experience is preferred. - A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX craft and problem-solving. - Familiarity with modern design tools and methods, including AI-powered tools. - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences. - A user-centered approach and interest in creating positive end-user experiences.
Nice to have - Experience applying AI to design work. - Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices. - Familiarity with front-end development.
