Role overview

Set the technology direction for a growing gaming and creator platform. This senior engineering leader will shape architecture and technical standards across the platform, backend, creator tools, and infrastructure, while guiding teams and remaining close enough to the work to make sound technical decisions.

Responsibilities

- Define technical strategy and architecture across products and infrastructure. - Establish standards for reliability, security, performance, and delivery. - Lead architecture reviews and coordinate engineering priorities across products. - Guide technical hiring and help build the engineering organization. - Stay hands-on where needed and provide credible technical leadership.

Requirements

- Senior engineering leadership experience with complex software systems. - Strong judgment in system architecture, security, and reliability. - Ability to lead teams while engaging with technical detail.

- Experience with gaming, real-time systems, or creator tools. - Background scaling cloud infrastructure or developer platforms.
