Product Manager, Operations

Role overview Coordinate the day-to-day product and operating rhythm of a small team building computational workflows for life sciences. The role connects engineering, scientific contributors, and external research partners, turning needs and ideas into scoped work that can be delivered and shared.

Responsibilities - Set priorities with engineering, run weekly reviews, and track what ships. - Maintain relationships with research labs, startups, and researchers, translating their needs into clear work. - Work with scientific colleagues to select models and workflows for development. - Move promising ideas through delivery toward publication as usable labs. - Maintain tracking, reporting, partner pipeline support, and practical team operations.

Requirements - Experience running product or operations on a small team with end-to-end ownership of the working cadence. - Ability to turn unclear requests into scoped tasks with a clear definition of done. - Confidence communicating with researchers, engineers, and founders. - Enough technical fluency to collaborate with technical and scientific teams directly.

Nice to have Background in biotech, scientific software, developer tools, or research environments. Experience with community, content, or developer-facing programs is also useful. The role is remote and full-time.
