Technical Implementation Lead

Responsibilities - Lead technical delivery from initiation through production handoff. - Turn solution designs into engineering work structures, milestones, and delivery plans. - Track implementation risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive them toward resolution. - Coordinate engineering, cloud, integration, and data teams to maintain a coherent delivery. - Act as the main technical contact for client delivery stakeholders during implementation. - Review implementation quality and production readiness; prepare specifications, runbooks, and handoff notes.

Requirements - Experience leading technical delivery for complex enterprise implementations or integrations. - Enough technical depth to assess engineering decisions across the delivery stack. - Strong coordination skills, including milestone tracking and management of dependencies and risks. - Clear communication with engineering teams and client stakeholders. - Ability to produce practical implementation and handoff documentation.
