Requirements - 12+ years in product management with several years in a senior or VP-level leadership role, ideally spanning platform product and product operations. - Demonstrated success designing and running product operations frameworks inside a matrixed organization. - Track record owning a platform or shared-services product line, including build-vs-buy and prioritization calls made jointly with engineering leadership. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics, analyze performance data, and translate findings into roadmap trade-offs. - Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of building consensus across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Nice to have - Experience in SaaS platforms serving regulated or compliance-sensitive domains such as legal tech, immigration, HR tech, GRC, or fintech.
Benefits and work setup - Annual salary range of $225,000–$250,000. - Remote position within the United States.
