Role overview
Own implementation strategy and delivery for corporate card programs, guiding customers from signed agreement through first transaction and ongoing adoption. The role combines people leadership, implementation management, technical discovery, integration planning, and deal support. You will help make deployments fast and dependable while turning recurring implementation lessons into better product and operating practices.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute implementation plans for corporate card customers, ensuring programs are activated quickly and configured against each customer’s finance and expense environment. - Lead integration work across ERP, HRIS, SSO, and expense-management systems, adapting the level of rigor to each deployment. - Partner with Sales on complex opportunities by clarifying technical requirements, implementation scope, risks, and expected time to first transaction. - Work with Product and Engineering to translate customer blockers and integration patterns into improvements to the implementation experience. - Serve as the senior implementation voice across customer deployments and sales cycles, balancing speed, accuracy, and long-term adoption. - Lead and develop an implementation team while maintaining strong cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- At least six years of hands-on experience in implementation, solutions architecture, or technical program management within corporate cards, spend management, or B2B fintech. - At least two years of experience managing or leading a team. - End-to-end ownership of corporate card or comparable financial-product implementations, from contract signature through launch and steady-state adoption. - Ability to translate finance and IT requirements into practical deployment plans and communicate technical considerations confidently during sales cycles. - Direct familiarity with customer integration surfaces such as ERP, HRIS, SSO, and expense platforms. - Experience working in a corporate card, payments, or similar fintech environment and a willingness to work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

- Familiarity with card issuing and payments infrastructure. - Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise financial programs with varied integration and governance requirements.
