Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

Role overview A hands-on Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with solution architecture experience is needed to design and guide the build of performant, resilient, and scalable SaaS applications for complex industrial environments. The role blends individual contribution with significant technical influence, owning architecture end-to-end while shaping how emerging AI and agentic technologies are incorporated into the platform.

Responsibilities - Build stateful autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangGraph that plan tasks, query knowledge graphs, and invoke tools reliably - Construct Graph-RAG pipelines that combine semantic search with structured knowledge traversal for grounded answers - Develop low-latency Python services with FastAPI to serve live data to frontends and AI models - Design and implement microservice-based SaaS architectures for production environments - Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure or AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible - Guide data modeling and database design across relational and NoSQL systems including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB - Produce detailed architecture diagrams and documentation that accurately reflect current and new feature implementations - Collaborate across product, sales, customer, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business needs

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field - Proven track record building and shipping performant, resilient, scalable SaaS applications using microservice architecture - Strong experience with cloud-native stacks including Azure or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible - Data modeling and database design experience across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB - Hands-on experience with data platforms and pipelines such as Databricks, Airflow, or Delta Lake - Working knowledge of AI/ML technologies and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI - Fluency in Python or Node.js, plus DevOps and build-pipeline tooling such as GitLab Runner - Advanced English communication skills

Nice to have - Frontend experience with React or similar UI frameworks - Prior background building technical or real-time acquisition software for the Oil & Gas industry - Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Engineer, or Azure Architect certification
