Senior Full stack AI engineer

Role overview A senior engineering position focused on designing and building scalable, cloud-native SaaS platforms that embed Generative AI and autonomous-agent capabilities for complex industrial environments. The role blends hands-on development with solution-architecture leadership, partnering across engineering, product, sales, and customer teams to drive adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities - Design and build autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI, including integration with engineering tools, databases, simulators, and enterprise APIs. - Develop advanced Graph-RAG architectures that combine semantic search with structured knowledge retrieval, and optimize prompting, orchestration, and runtime AI performance. - Architect microservices-based SaaS platforms, defining standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps while guiding engineering teams on design decisions. - Build cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or AWS, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible for containerization and Infrastructure as Code. - Drive data modeling and database architecture decisions across SQL and NoSQL environments to support AI, analytics, and operational workloads. - Produce architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution-design artifacts, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering stakeholders.

Requirements - 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field. - Proven track record designing and implementing scalable, microservices-based enterprise applications. - Production experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI, plus AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code. - Hands-on expertise with Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. - Proficiency in Python (including FastAPI), Node.js, and/or React, plus strong SQL and NoSQL database skills. - Advanced English and strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Nice to have - Strong React frontend experience and familiarity with Specification Driven Development (SDD). - Background in Energy, Oil & Gas, or other Industrial sectors. - AI-focused certifications such as Claude Code Architect or similar credentials. - Experience implementing enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices.
