Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview Join an early-stage team building AI agents that automate administrative work for healthcare providers. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will own features end-to-end across a React/TypeScript web application, Python/FastAPI backend services, and the data infrastructure that supports them. The work is product-focused, high-ownership, and grounded in a regulated healthcare context.

Responsibilities - Own product features from initial design through production deployment and iteration - Build user-facing experiences using React and TypeScript - Design and ship backend services in Python with FastAPI - Partner with product, design, and engineering peers to convert open-ended problems into shipped software - Contribute to code review and help shape engineering practices across the team - Improve development processes such as testing, CI/CD, and observability as the team scales

Requirements - 5+ years of strong full-stack experience with Python (FastAPI or similar) and TypeScript with React - Comfort designing schemas and writing non-trivial SQL against relational databases (PostgreSQL) - Working knowledge of containerization with Docker and CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with Redis, queueing systems, and other modern production stack components - Experience building and operating production systems in a cloud environment (GCP preferred) - Clear written and verbal communication in English, with meaningful overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours - Background operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments with significant ownership

Nice to have - Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech, with a security-minded design approach - Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform
