Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET, Angular)

Role overview Contribute senior-level engineering to a unified education software platform serving thousands of educational organizations and the staff who support them. The platform spans recruiting and hiring, absence and time management, and special education workflows, all brought together into a single product experience. As Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you provide technical leadership across .NET and Angular solutions while mentoring teammates and shaping architecture decisions.

Responsibilities - Provide advice and oversight on solution design and architecture for web-based products. - Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions. - Drive system analysis and recommend improvements to scalability, reliability, and architecture. - Promote guild activities and technical knowledge sharing across the engineering organization. - Construct unit tests over complex algorithms and champion coding standards. - Author technical documentation and design sketches, and contribute high-level project estimates. - Participate in functional requirements reviews with product owners and mentor teammates on time management and code quality.

Requirements - Solid experience with .NET, Angular, and SQL in production web applications. - Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, TSQL or PSQL, shell or command scripting, Entity Framework or other ORMs, and RESTful APIs. - Strong understanding of asynchronous development in API and web technologies. - Familiarity with behavior-driven development and the ability to write meaningful unit tests. - Practice creating design sketches, writing requirements, and translating business needs or Gherkin into technical implementation. - Intermediate+ English and flexibility to overlap with European business hours (morning to early afternoon local LATAM time, roughly until 2 PM BRT or 12 PM COT).

Nice to have - Deep understanding of QA processes and hands-on experience with unit and integration testing. - Familiarity with performance and security testing fundamentals. - Background working with AI technologies. - Agile methodology competency. - Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant solutions. - Working knowledge of Git in a continuous integration environment.
