Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET, Angular)

Role overview This is a senior-level, hands-on engineering role focused on shaping solution design and delivery for a large-scale education software platform used by thousands of organizations. The work spans the full lifecycle of modern web applications—from architecture and coding through testing, deployment, and long-term maintenance—while also acting as a technical mentor and standards-bearer for the broader engineering community.

Responsibilities - Advise on solution design and architecture, including scalability, reliability, and performance trade-offs - Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of web-based software solutions - Drive system analysis efforts and recommend structural improvements across the technology stack - Champion and lead guild activities that expand technical knowledge and coding standards across engineers - Write unit tests over complex algorithms and contribute to broader test automation efforts - Author detailed technical documentation and design sketches, and participate in design reviews at team and organization levels - Partner with product owners on functional requirements, provide high-level estimates, and help the team meet sprint commitments - Mentor peers on time management, code quality for long-term maintainability, and inclusive discussion practices - Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables proactively to stakeholders and team leadership

Requirements - Solid, hands-on experience with .NET, Angular, and SQL in production web applications - Strong understanding of web architecture, asynchronous patterns in APIs and web technologies, and Restful API design - Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, TSQL/PSQL/SQL, command or shell scripting, and an ORM such as Entity Framework - Demonstrated ability to debug code, write unit tests, and apply behavior-driven development practices - Experience creating design sketches, writing technical requirements, and translating Gherkin or business requirements into implementation - Comfort working hours that overlap with European business windows (roughly morning to early afternoon LATAM time, around 2 PM BRT / 12 PM COT) - Intermediate+ English, with a desire to mentor and present in technical sharing sessions

Nice to have - Deep familiarity with QA processes, including unit and integration testing, plus basics of performance and security testing - Background working with AI-related technologies - Working knowledge of Agile methodology and Git in a continuous integration environment - Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant solutions
