Mid Salesforce Developer

Role overview Build and maintain Salesforce applications for business users, combining custom development, platform configuration, and integrations with external systems. This mid-level developer role works with analysts and stakeholders to shape requirements, deliver reliable changes, and support the resulting applications. The position is remote and based in Bolivia.

Responsibilities - Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Gather requirements with business analysts and stakeholders and turn them into technical specifications. - Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using available APIs and integration methods. - Test, debug, and troubleshoot changes to support reliable application performance. - Provide technical support for Salesforce issues and document code, configurations, and development processes. - Keep current with Salesforce practices and platform updates.

Requirements - 1–3 years of Salesforce development experience. - Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce. - Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques. - Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have Salesforce developer or administrator certification, Agile experience, familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or experience with Git and other version control systems.
