Mid Frontend React Engineer

Role overview Build and improve responsive web applications with React, focusing on reusable interface components and dependable integration with backend services. The role works closely with product, design, quality assurance, and engineering colleagues to deliver accessible, performant experiences. It is a remote position based in Bolivia and asks for at least 3 years of frontend development experience.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain web interfaces using React and component-based patterns. - Create reusable UI components and keep frontend code clear, scalable, and maintainable. - Connect applications to REST APIs and coordinate service contracts with backend engineers. - Partner with product, design, QA, and engineering teams throughout delivery. - Diagnose bugs and improve performance across browsers and devices. - Contribute to Agile development and apply practices for accessibility, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements - 3+ years of frontend web development experience. - Practical React experience and a solid grasp of component-based UI development. - Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience consuming REST APIs and understanding responsive layouts, browser compatibility, and frontend performance. - Proficiency with Git and version control workflows; basic familiarity with Linux command-line environments. - Experience working in an Agile team and strong communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have - Experience with modern React patterns, state management, or frontend architecture. - Familiarity with UI testing, CI/CD, or cloud deployments. - Basic knowledge of AWS services, SQL, and data concepts.
