The work spans production services, model integration, internal tools, and interfaces for safety operations. You will partner with engineering, investigations, product, legal, and policy colleagues to respond to changing threats and turn operational or regulatory needs into dependable technical controls.
Responsibilities - Design and scale automated moderation, abuse detection, and AI-agent guardrail systems. - Investigate emerging abuse patterns with safety investigators and improve detection mechanisms in response. - Own safety services through architecture, deployment, monitoring, reliability, and ongoing operation. - Integrate machine-learning models into production systems in partnership with ML engineers. - Build backend services, APIs, internal tools, and interfaces that support moderation and policy enforcement. - Work across product, legal, and safety policy teams to translate requirements into engineering solutions and inform technical direction.
