Product Manager (ElevenCreative Self-Serve)

Role overview Own the self-serve experience for a creative platform used by creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, images, and video. The role focuses on helping people discover useful features, build repeat habits, and move from a first project into broader workflows and paid plans. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and growth partners, taking ideas from user insight through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities - Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion across the self-serve journey. - Identify opportunities in product data and user behavior, then shape them into clearly scoped initiatives. - Set priorities and define larger product bets across creative formats, agents, and editing workflows. - Help users adopt newer features and connect their work across more of the platform. - Collaborate with engineering and design to ship quickly, using early mockups when useful. - Gather feedback from creators and marketers, and track outcomes against defined success measures.

Requirements - At least five years of product management experience with consumer or self-serve products. - Evidence of improving growth and adoption through products you have shipped. - Familiarity with creators’ and marketers’ needs, and a habit of bringing user research into product decisions. - Experience owning ambiguous, substantial initiatives from definition through delivery. - Strong product design judgment, analytical skills, and fluency working through technical tradeoffs with engineers. - Ability to ship quickly, learn from results, and take full ownership of projects.
