Requirements
- Genuine passion for AI and applied technology, combined with strong customer empathy and an enjoyment of iterative, consultative problem solving. - Sharp pattern recognition and an instinct for turning one-off solutions into reusable, scalable assets. - Solid technical background in software architecture and integration design, with the ability to bridge customer systems and the platform. - Proficiency in Python, including a working understanding of modern software development practices and common integration patterns. - Clear, adaptable communication skills and the ability to translate technical detail for executives, developers, and end users alike. - Some prior experience working with customers in any setting (including student clubs or side projects) and enthusiasm for a customer-facing technical role.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-first arrangement with flexibility to work from anywhere in Greece; preference for candidates based near Athens. - Annual discretionary learning and development stipend to support ongoing professional growth. - Annual social travel stipend for meeting colleagues in person, plus a yearly company offsite bringing the full team together. - Monthly co-working stipend for those not located near a main hub. - A culture that emphasizes impact over titles, rapid experimentation, and an AI-first approach to internal workflows.
