About this role
Role overview A product ownership role for an internal workflow platform, focused on shipping AI-native automation that reshapes how teams across the company operate. The role combines product strategy with hands-on design and delivery, taking ambiguous workflow problems from first insight to measurable, company-wide adoption. You will work closely with UI and UX designers and engineering teams to prototype, test, and ship high-impact tooling.
Responsibilities - Own the workflow platform end to end, making bold product decisions and driving AI-native automation from idea to company-wide adoption. - Prototype quickly, challenge existing processes, and prioritize features based on business impact and user needs. - Translate high-leverage workflow problems into clear product bets and ship them in small, valuable increments. - Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for internal applications, with AI workflows in mind. - Work directly with internal teams to uncover problems and turn them into well-scoped product opportunities. - Run user training sessions and create interactive documentation that drives clear enablement and feature adoption. - Analyze usage data to identify optimization opportunities and measure adoption and impact. - Collaborate daily with UI and UX designers and engineering teams to prototype, test, and ship high-impact functionality.
Requirements - Three to four years of experience in product management or a closely related role, preferably within a SaaS environment such as project management software, configuration systems, or agent systems. - Demonstrated AI-native expertise, including practical understanding of modern AI and ML concepts such as LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, model context protocols, and agentic systems, with examples of how you have built or optimized features and workflows with AI tools. - Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment where priorities shift, paired with curiosity, adaptability, disciplined execution, and strategic communication. - A strong product vision and the ability to break the big picture into small, shippable, impactful increments. - A user-centric mindset, focused on making products and workflow tools intuitive, efficient, and friendly to use. - Hands-on experience with agent building, prototyping and design tools, documentation and planning tools, ticketing systems, and analytics tools such as Figma and PostHog.
Nice to have - A technical background or education, such as an HTL, FH, or university degree. - Background in workflow automation, process improvement, or configuring complex transactional systems, for example document exchange or fintech. - Familiarity with electronic data interchange concepts.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first culture, with the ability to work remotely from designated countries. - Flexible working hours suited to your schedule and priorities. - Annual personal development budget for conferences, courses, or career coaching. - Home office allowance to help create a productive workspace. - Regular team events and trips, plus the option to combine travel and work through extended workations within the EU. - Wellbeing support, including mental health resources and employee assistance programmes. - Additional country-specific benefits depending on location.
