Sr Technology Consultant

Role overview Senior consulting position focused on delivering professional services around a unified observability and monitoring platform. The role spans initial deployment, customer training, and long-term managed engagements, with consultants serving as product experts and trusted advisors to enterprise clients pursuing digital transformation.

Responsibilities - Monitor critical application performance and availability across client environments - Summarize and review performance trends in recurring operations status meetings - Help client teams troubleshoot performance issues and perform root-cause diagnosis - Build and maintain dashboards and reports tailored to IT and business stakeholders - Onboard additional applications for monitoring and train customers on platform best practices - Drive continued adoption of the platform, provide regular status updates and documentation, and identify expansion opportunities alongside the sales team - Keep the platform deployment healthy by applying service packs and maintaining accurate deployment records

Requirements - 2+ years of IT experience in application performance management, application monitoring, network or system administration, performance engineering/testing, or Java/.NET development - 1+ years of software engineering experience with object-oriented programming - 1+ years of enterprise-level .NET or Java development, support, or operations - 1+ years of web programming using JavaScript, AJAX, and related frameworks - Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline - Experience with J2EE, .NET, Citrix, and microservices, plus database technologies such as Oracle, DB2, or MS SQL - Solid understanding of distributed, web, and enterprise applications - Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills, plus strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Nice to have - Previous consulting or project management experience - Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes
