Sr Technology Consultant (French speaking)

Role overview Bilingual senior consulting role delivering services around a unified observability and monitoring platform, from deployment and training through long-term managed engagements. Consultants act as product experts and trusted advisors, guiding enterprise clients through digital transformation initiatives while communicating fluently in both French and English.

Responsibilities - Monitor critical application performance and availability across client environments - Summarize and review performance trends in recurring operations status meetings - Help client staff troubleshoot performance issues and perform root-cause diagnosis - Build and maintain dashboards and reports tailored to IT and business stakeholders - Onboard new applications for monitoring and train customers on platform best practices - Drive continued platform adoption, deliver regular status updates and documentation, and identify expansion opportunities with the sales team - Maintain platform health through service packs and accurate deployment documentation

Requirements - 2+ years of IT experience in application performance management, application monitoring, network or system administration, performance engineering/testing, or Java/.NET development - Fluency in both French and English (bilingual) - 1+ years of software engineering experience with object-oriented programming - 1+ years of enterprise-level .NET or Java development, support, or operations - 1+ years of web programming using JavaScript, AJAX, and related frameworks - Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline - Experience with J2EE, .NET, Citrix, and microservices, plus database technologies such as Oracle, DB2, or MS SQL - Strong understanding of distributed, web, and enterprise applications - Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have - Previous consulting or project management experience - Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes - 2+ years of prior experience with the platform or related product certification

Benefits and work setup - Engagements are typically mid- to long-term at a single client location; some may require relocation or remote work - Senior consultant salary range of $100,000 CAD to $140,000 CAD depending on experience
