About this role
Role overview Drive growth across a national partner channel as a Cloud Evangelist based in the Chicago or New York/Northeast territory. You will work closely with regional Partner Sales Managers to define strategy, enable partner pre-sales teams, and deepen technical relationships on joint cloud and observability offerings across North America.
Responsibilities - Partner with National Partner Sales Managers to define and execute a field-aligned strategy across the region. - Build and deliver live demo and lab capabilities showcasing the platform to prospective and current partners. - Enable partner sales and pre-sales teams to articulate how the platform addresses complex enterprise cloud challenges. - Engage directly in high-stakes partner sales opportunities, collaborating with local SEs and PSMs. - Travel regularly across North America to develop new business relationships with partner stakeholders. - Build strong, lasting relationships with sales, pre-sales, and delivery contacts inside partner accounts. - Partner with Customer Success to produce case studies and win stories that fuel further partner-led growth.
Requirements - Knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud automation, with comfort working in Agile methodologies and DevOps/DevSecOps tooling. - Experience with observability technologies and cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, Docker, and OpenShift. - Deep understanding of web and mobile application security threats, with hands-on vulnerability management and penetration testing experience. - Awareness of how application performance issues affect cost and brand reputation. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills across sales, pre-sales, and delivery audiences. - Willingness to travel regularly across the NORAM region.
Nice to have - Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures, cloud-native platforms, and modern AI-driven operations tooling.
