Inside Solution Architect - Americas

Role overview

Front the early customer experience for an operational technology cybersecurity platform that protects the critical systems societies rely on. As an Inside Solution Architect, you'll guide prospective customers through their first meaningful look at the technology, partner closely with business development and marketing, and keep the demo environments the broader pre-sales team depends on current and effective.

Responsibilities

- Engage prospective customers early, before formal technical evaluation, to understand their environments, challenges, and technical objectives - Deliver remote, tailored product walkthroughs that give prospects a credible first look at the platform - Build and maintain demo content, data sets, and lab environments for the pre-sales team, keeping them aligned with the latest platform capabilities - Provide consultative recommendations grounded in platform best practices and the prospect's OT security needs - Respond to inbound product and services questions, including requests for information, proposals, and statements of work - Share insights gathered in the field with product management, marketing, and engineering to inform the roadmap

Requirements

- 1-2 years in a technical, customer-facing, or pre-sales role, or equivalent education - Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP and the OSI model - Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to manage multiple demo environments and competing priorities independently - Genuine drive to continuously learn new technology - Strong presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills - Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 15%

Nice to have

- Familiarity with operational technology, industrial control systems, or related cybersecurity domains - Experience supporting or maintaining demo lab environments
