Senior Frontend Engineer

Role overview

Lead frontend development for customer-facing products used at high volume. You’ll shape frontend architecture, improve performance and reliability, and work with engineering, design, and product partners to turn complex needs into accessible, intuitive features.

Responsibilities

- Design and build scalable frontend systems for real-time applications. - Own core architecture decisions and promote sound practices for code quality, accessibility, and performance. - Deliver and maintain features that improve user flows and cross-device stability. - Lead code and design reviews, mentor engineers, and guide technical discussions. - Improve shared design systems, tools, and frontend infrastructure. - Investigate and resolve complex browser, device, and performance issues.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of professional experience building frontend applications with a framework such as React, Vue, or Angular. - Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills, including knowledge of browser behavior and rendering performance. - Understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, data structures, and algorithms. - Experience delivering responsive, accessible, performant interfaces at scale. - Ability to write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. - Collaborative communication skills, including experience mentoring teammates and leading technical discussions; good written and spoken English is needed for global collaboration.
