Integration Engineer

Role overview An integration engineering role inside a customer experience and data platform team, building connectors that link the core product to the wider marketing and commerce ecosystem. The work happens within a scrum team using an embedded low-code integration environment combined with custom scripting, with AI tooling available to accelerate day-to-day development.

Responsibilities - Design and build platform integrations using an embedded IPaaS low-code environment and supporting scripts. - Review third-party technical documentation to scope new connectors and assess feasibility. - Optimize integrations for performance, reliability, and high-volume data processing. - Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other engineers in an agile scrum cadence. - Stay current with the platforms being integrated to handle evolving APIs and edge cases.

Requirements - Solid scripting skills alongside comfort working in low-code or visual builder environments. - Ability to read technical API documentation quickly and learn unfamiliar platforms. - Experience with REST, webhooks, or similar integration patterns and data formats. - Collaborative mindset suited to a cross-functional product engineering team.

Nice to have - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling. - Background in SaaS, martech, or customer data platforms.
