About this role
Role overview Own and improve the connected systems used by sales, marketing, and revenue operations, including CRM, marketing automation, and configure-price-quote tools. The work combines hands-on engineering with systems design: investigate the need behind requests, make changes that work across integrations, and reduce repeated support through automation and self-service. The listing describes a remote role for candidates in specified European countries, with contractor options in some regions.
Responsibilities - Maintain the connections and data flows across CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools. - Clarify business problems, present options and trade-offs, and guide stakeholders toward workable solutions. - Replace recurring manual tasks with automations or self-service workflows. - Build small tools, integrations, and automations using maintainable approaches. - Improve data quality at entry points and remove obsolete fields or workarounds. - Monitor custom integrations, handle errors and API limits, support the systems during EMEA hours, and document changes through release processes.
Requirements - At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, including advanced Flow, data, and security models, plus HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ. - Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and REST APIs, with scripting ability in Python or JavaScript. - Examples of measurable improvements from automation or self-service. - Understanding of how data and business logic should be distributed across connected systems. - Familiarity with lead-to-quote-to-close processes and marketing funnel concepts such as attribution and lead lifecycle. - Fluent English, comfort using AI coding and automation tools, and clear communication with business and engineering teams. - Must be authorized to work in the country of residence; sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have - Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification; Git or SFDX experience; deeper expertise in sales and marketing systems; cloud platforms; or integration platforms and event-driven systems.
Benefits and work setup Full-time employees are offered flexible work options, health insurance, parental leave, an employee stock option plan, home office support, professional development funding, peer recognition, and unlimited vacation.
