Sr Product Manager, Agentic AI Platform

Role overview

The Senior Product Manager will define the strategy and roadmap for a foundational AI platform that supports intelligent agreement products and experiences. The role focuses on creating shared capabilities for trusted AI assistants, autonomous agents, intelligent workflows, administration, observability, knowledge integration, multi-model infrastructure, and international expansion. It is a highly cross-functional individual contributor position with broad influence across product, engineering, applied AI, design, data science, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

- Establish the long-term vision, product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for an enterprise AI platform. - Lead shared platform initiatives that allow multiple product groups to adopt AI capabilities while reducing duplicated engineering work. - Translate emerging needs from enterprise customers and internal stakeholders into scalable, reliable platform capabilities. - Shape administrative experiences for AI assistants and autonomous agents, including controls, observability, and knowledge integration. - Drive platform support for global AI expansion and enterprise-ready experiences across international markets. - Influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams through clear product direction, strategic planning, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

- At least eight years of product management experience. - At least five years working with enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or document intelligence products. - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field; an MBA is preferred. - Experience building enterprise-grade AI experiences and AI agent products. - Experience defining metrics and leading platform products. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate across product, engineering, design, and data teams using qualitative and quantitative feedback.

Nice to have

- Direct experience in AI platform product management. - Familiarity with agreement lifecycle management, legal technology, document platforms, or document management systems. - A record of taking product strategy from initial vision through successful execution.
